FAQs

Yes! We guarantee all of the repairs that we performed on your vehicle.

We work with all insurance companies and have the relationships and experience necessary to ensure a quick and simple process for you.

First, give us a call to discuss your scenario. We can talk through details and options.

Next we will provide you with a free estimate. An estimate is a document we complete that outlines all of the parts and time it will take to repair your vehicle. If you are going through insurance we will send the estimate along with photos we take of your vehicle in for approval.

Once your estimate has been approved we will order all of the necessary parts to have your vehicle repaired.

As soon as the parts arrive we will call you to book an appointment.

Drop your vehicle off the day of your appointment. At this time we will let you know what day we expect your vehicle to be ready.

We will always get you in as quickly as possible. The first step in completing an estimate for you is to take photos of the damage and determine which parts can be repaired and which need to be replaced. We will then complete the formal estimate which outlines the parts and time required to repair your vehicle.

No, it’s your choice where you have your vehicle repaired. We always recommend you consider all options and will provide you with a free estimate
